What this page covers

This page describes the information involved when you visit cornerlab.ai or email us. It covers the website only. Work carried out under a client engagement is governed by the agreement for that engagement.

This site does not use cookies

The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, tag managers, advertising pixels or third-party tracking scripts. Nothing is stored in your browser and no profile is built from your visit.

Fonts and assets load from this site only

Typefaces, images and scripts are served from cornerlab.ai. The pages make no requests to external font, video or content networks, so browsing the site does not disclose your visit to another company.

Server logs

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. As with any web host, Cloudflare processes each request in order to deliver the page and to keep the service secure and available. That processing involves technical data such as your IP address, the page requested, the time of the request, your browser and operating system, and the outcome of the request.

We do not use this data to identify individual visitors and we do not combine it with anything else. Retention is governed by Cloudflare’s own operational practices rather than by us.

When you email us

The contact route on this site is an email address. If you write to us, we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you choose to include in the message. We use that information to reply and to discuss possible work.

Please do not send confidential client data, personal data about third parties, or material covered by an obligation of confidence in an initial enquiry. A short description of the problem is enough to start a conversation.

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is useful for the business relationship, then delete it.

Sharing

We do not sell information and we do not share it for marketing. Our hosting and email providers process data on our behalf in order to run those services.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to how we use it. Write to hello@cornerlab.ai and we will respond.

Changes

If the site starts using analytics, a booking calendar, a contact form or any other service that handles your information, we will update this page before that change goes live.
